All of us experience anger, fear, hurt, guilt and pain. What we do with these is up to each individual. Choosing to practice forgiveness can move us towards inner peace, renew our relationship with self and others and restore our right relationship with Spirit. Forgiveness work helps us reconnect with our selves and others in more loving ways. Research shows that it is great for our physical health, as well.
